Returns Policy

How to Return an Item:

2. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice. If this is not available, please include the name and email address
it was purchased under inside the package.

3. Please return unused portion along with the bottle to qualify for a refund.

5. We will issue credit with the same payment method you used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refusals

If an order is refused by the customer upon delivery, Flourish will refund the price of the product but will not refund any shipping and handling fees.
