listed on the website?
Since we are a web based business, we do not have phone operators
manning our phones. This is a staffing issue, as we are concerned
about having knowledgeable people on the line - not just a voice.
If you would like to speak to someone, we would be happy to call
you if you will send us your number and a good time to reach you.

How
can I be sure my credit card information is secure?
Security of your order information is of the highest priority at
Flourish. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the Internet's strongest
security technology, which encrypts your order information preventing
interception. The information is then decoded on our secure server.
You can verify the security of your connection by checking the lower
lefthand corner of your browser window. You will see either a closed
lock or an unbroken key. We are confident that your online ordering
information is totally secure. However, we are happy to accept your
credit card details by fax or mail order, if you prefer.
Can
you ship this product internationally?
We ship worldwide. Overseas shipping is $14.00 ($6.00 to Canada) and
applies to one bottle or multiple bottles.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all international
orders:
Clients will be solely responsible for any and all customs duties,
taxes and fees imposed by their country. By asking us to ship to
another country, you are assuming all liability for any customs,
duties, tariffs or lost orders. Purchaser assumes risk for any and
all product confiscated by customs. Flourish cannot assume such
risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such product. It is
the purchaser's responsibility to know their country's customs regulations
relating to the products they wish to import. Delivery times can
vary between 2 to 6 weeks.
Guarantee
Our products come with a 90-day money back guarantee on the purchase
price (shipping excluded) on all first time purchases of
a product. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, return the unused portion for a refund equal to the purchase
price (shipping excluded).
